Shipping policy
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
* Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
* Packages can be opened and inspected at the door.
* Once you receive the item from the courier, you will have 5–10 minutes to inspect and try the product. If you decide not to keep the product, you may return it immediately to the courier and pay only the shipping fees.
* Shipping fees are non-refundable.
* For approved refund or exchange requests, customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs.
* During Final Sale periods, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
* Cairo: 2-3 working days
* Alexandria: 2–4 working days
* Other Governorates: 4–7 working days
